The 10000mAh capacity provides practical backup power for commuting, work, university, weekends away and everyday travel. Charging and compatibility
The power bank is compatible with supported iPhone, iPad, Android, Nintendo Switch, earbuds and other USB-powered devices. Fast charging requires a compatible USB-C Power Delivery device and cable. The maximum USB-C output is 20W when the USB-C port is used independently.
When USB-C and USB-A outputs are used together, the combined output is limited to 10W. Actual charging speed will depend on the connected device, cable, port combination and charging conditions.
Recharge the power bank through its USB-C port using a suitable USB-C power source. A compatible Power Delivery wall adaptor can recharge it in up to 2.5 hours, while a 10W wall adaptor can take up to 5 hours.
Travel and care
The battery is rated at 32Wh. Power banks must be carried in cabin baggage and must not be placed in checked luggage. Airline requirements can vary, so check the current rules of your airline before travelling.
Operate the power bank between 0°C and 35°C. Charge it in an open, well-ventilated area on a hard, flat surface. Keep it away from water, humidity, direct sunlight and extreme heat. For longer-term storage, recharge it every three to six months.
