Product Overview
Built for Pentax shooters who actually get out and use their gear, the Pentax RH-RB 52mm Lens Hood for FA 28–70mm is a simple, hard‑working upgrade to your everyday kit. Thread it onto your SMC Pentax‑FA 28–70mm and it immediately cuts stray light, flare and ghosting, so colours stay punchy and contrast stays crisp whether you’re shooting harsh midday sun, backlit portraits or reflective city scenes.
Beyond image quality, this hood adds a practical layer of protection around the front of your lens. It helps shield the glass from knocks, scratches and fingerprints when you’re moving through scrub, crowds or tight indoor spaces. Lightweight and tough, it’s easy to leave on the lens full‑time, giving you better results and more confidence in the field without adding bulk to your bag.
