Product Overview

Built for shooters who spend more time in the field than on the couch, the Pentax RH-RA 49mm Lens Hood is a tough, collapsible rubber hood that slips straight onto any lens with a 49mm filter thread. It cuts harsh, stray light before it hits your glass, tightening up contrast and colour so your images stay crisp even when the Aussie sun is doing its worst.

Designed around classic 35mm K-mount lenses, this hood gives you practical shade and a bit of extra armour for your front element without adding bulk. The flexible rubber construction shrugs off bumps and knocks, folds down flat for easy stowage in a pocket or pouch, and slips on or off in seconds. If you want simple, reliable flare control and everyday protection for your Pentax 49mm glass, this is the no-fuss solution that just works.
