1.The frame needs to be connected to a power source for use. The product itself does not contain a battery.
2.Sending photos requires the Pexar App and an internet connection on the sender's phone, and a Wi-Fi connection on the frame to receive them. Once synced, photos can be viewed offline.
3.Based on an average photo size of 400 KB.
4.USB flash drives require a USB-A connector; SD card and USB drive sold separately. Only one external storage method can be used at a time. USB-C transfer supports Windows PCs only (not Mac) and must first be enabled on the frame under Settings > My Frame > Import > Import from the Computer.
5.Video length is limited to 60 seconds. Live Photos are supported on iOS only.
