The Allman Brothers' second album, Idlewild South, is a mixture of chunky grooves and sophisticated textures which showcases both Gregg Allman's and Dickey Betts' skills as songwriters, and features the hit 'Midnight Rider.'

It has been remastered from original analog tapes by Keven Reeves (Brothers And Sisters, The 1971 Fillmore East Recordings), issued on 180gm, heavy weight vinyl. The original artwork has been faithfully reproduced as well.
