In the seventh and final season, the Cooper family faces a series of challenges that put their Texan grit to the test. Sheldon returns from studying in Germany to find his Meemaw’s house destroyed by a tornado and, worse, his room occupied by Georgie, Mandy and baby CeeCee. Everything in Sheldon’s life is changing, and he doesn’t like it! Meemaw has to adjust to the loss of her illegal “business” and moving in with boyfriend Dale. George Sr. and Mary rediscover their love for one another when they spend a summer apart, and Missy has to step up as the leader of the family while her mom’s away. All of this while Sheldon tries to juggle finishing college, choosing between competing grad schools and realising that his time in Medford is coming to an end. This season delivers a delightful blend of laughter, love and heartwarming moments, culminating in an unforgettably emotional finale for the entire Cooper family.
