Rated 5 out of 5 by from best ever Decided to get a new stick vacuum cleaner for when my grand daughter comes buy and I don't need to do the whole house, since I own an upright that does a great job but for a 5 min clean up I hate getting it out. Decided to spend a little more than last time to get the Bissell (my upright is the same brand and have had no problems). And I just love it. Using it to do skirting boards quick clean ups the couches and car. Really happy with it can't recommend it enough.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Stick Vacuum! Bought this guy a few days ago and can't get enough of it. I'm yet to see if there's any ageing issues with the Lithium battery so cannot comment on this. There's only one con and potential con i can find. (And with everything there's usually a few.) 1. The spiral brush roller in the headpiece is frustrating to clean. Long hairs and fibers get wrapped around the bristled roller and can't just easily be pulled/vacuumed off like most other vacuum heads. I'm quite pedantic with cleaning after each use and i'm having to cut the hairs wrapped around the roller with scissors and this is at least a 7 minute job. 2. Not sure if a slight glitch or has a purpose, as there's no mention in the manual or on other sources online but when placed on the charger after at least 20 minutes of use the brush roller starts spinning while charging and doesn't stop. Having to turn it off and on and then back on charge again until it doesn't start rolling. Other than this, it does a fantastic job at grabbing up everything!

Sadly I am not overly happy with it, for a house that may not get very dirty it might be ok but it does not seem to clean my house as well as I would like it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great machine This machine is great. My only suggestion is use it till the battery goes flat then recharge it and once charged take if off charge otherwise battery will die like mine did. Luckily still under warranty and they sent me a new machine.
