Nintendo Wii
PSP
Nintendo DS
What you cannot trade in:
Trades will NOT be accepted on games from the following categories:
PC
Gameboy Advance
Retro (Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64, Playstation 1 etc)
On top of this we will not trade in any of the following:
Gaming accessories (on any format – this includes controllers, steering
wheels, light guns, memory cards etc)
Gaming Consoles (PS2, XBOX, Wii etc)
Other points to consider are:
The following will prevent trade ins or lower the trade in price offered –
The game is missing its original case/cover
The game is badly scratched
The game has no instruction manual
The game has no slick
Legitimate versions only
We cannot trade in games that are:
Burnt/pirated
Demos
Sample/promo
Imported NTSC software/games purchased overseas (these will not work on the majority of Australian consoles)
Maximum 2 copies of any particular title.
For ‘Free when you Trade’ promotions, no multiples of the same game will be permitted.
We only trade in games towards other product in store – we do not trade in for cash. Further to this our NSW stores do not trade in towards any form of store credit (Gift Vouchers or otherwise).
Customer Requirements/Identification
1) You must be over the age of 18 in order to trade in a game at JB
Hi-Fi. If you are under the age of 18, you will need a parent or guardian to do the trade on your behalf.
2) You must have a valid form of identification (W.A. require two forms of I.D.) Full details instore.
The following is a
list of acceptable ID:
Current driver’s license
Current Learner’s Permit
Proof of Age Card
Current Firearms License
Current Australian passport
The photo on the ID must be the photo of the person that is trading in the games. The address on the ID must be the person’s current home address. The license must be valid and not expired.
If you do not have one of the above ID, then the customer can still trade in by producing 2 forms of the following current/and valid IDs:
Birth certificate
Australian Citizenship Certificate
Marriage Certificate
Commonwealth Seniors Card
Health Care Card
Pension Card
Tertiary ID card
3) You cannot be under the influence of drugs or alcohol when you are trading in products. You will receive a docket to co-sign by a staff member. All traded games sold by JB come with a 3 month repair warranty.
