Patrick is an executive director of Next Capital Pty Limited, a private equity manager. He is also a non executive director of Steelforce Holdings Pty Limited and RPG Holdings Pty Ltd. Prior to founding Next Capital Pty Limited, Patrick was an executive director of Macquarie Direct Investment Limited, the private equity division of Macquarie Bank Limited. Patrick was appointed Chairman in September 2007.
Will Fraser James King

James King has over 25 years experience in major multi-national corporations in Australia and internationally. He was previously with Foster's Group Limited as Managing Director Carlton & United Breweries and Managing Director Foster's Asia. Prior to joining Fosters, he spent six years in Hong Kong as President of Kraft Foods (Asia Pacific). He is currently a non executive director of IBT Education Limited, Babcock & Brown Environmental Investments Limited and Trust Company Ltd. James is also Chairman of Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (Victoria) and on the Council of Xavier College. James attended a senior Management Program at Harvard University and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. James stepped down as Chairman in September 2007.

Gary Levin has been a director of JB Hi Fi since November 2000. He is currently Managing Director of Babcock & Brown Environmental Investments Limited and EarthPower Technologies Sydney Pty Ltd, and a director of Natural Fuels Australia Limited and Southern Oil Refining Limited. He was formerly the founder and Managing Director of TLC Dry Cleaners and a previous joint Managing Director of Rabbit Photo Holdings Limited. He has over 25 years experience running public and private companies in the retail, real estate and renewable energy fields. He was admitted to the Bar of New South Wales in 1978 and is a member of the New South Wales Bar Association.

Richard Uechtritz has over 20 years experience in retailing. He was co-founder of Australia’s two leading photo chains Rabbit Photo and Smith Kodak Express. Richard Uechtritz was also a director of Kodak (Australasia) Pty Ltd. Richard Uechtritz led the management buy-in of JB Hi-Fi in July 2000.
Terry Smart Terry Smart

Terry Smart is a former director of Kodak’s retail operations and General Manager of Kodak’s retail operations. During his career with JB Hi-Fi he has led the implementation of the company’s management information system, including a point of sale system, in-store reporting systems and an electronic data interface with the company’s major suppliers. Terry Smart has been responsible for the set up of the companies operational processes which help underpin the store roll out strategy. Terry Smart joined the management buy-in of JB Hi-Fi in July 2000.

Will's deep involvement with retail and retail strategies at Kodak Australasia Pty Ltd over many years is highlighted by the successful Kodak Express QMS program which was introduced by his team in 1987. Will retired in 1999 as Chairman and Managing Director of Kodak Australasia Pty Ltd, an appointment that followed two years in London as a Corporate Vice President of Eastman Kodak and Regional Business General Manager, Consumer Imaging, of Europe, Africa, India and the Middle East Region.

Will is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of The Baker Foundation.

Will was appointed to the Board in September 2003.
Greg Richards Greg Richards

Greg Richards has over 25 years experience in the investment banking industry. Most recently he was with Goldman Sachs JBWere for over 19 years where he was an equity partner for 17 years, working primarily in equity capital markets. He is also currently involved in a voluntary capacity with several not for profit entities. Greg was appointed to the board in December 2007.
