Click & Collect

Q. What is 'Click & Collect'?
A.Click & Collect allows you to purchase goods through the JB Hi Fi website and pick them up at a store and time that's convenient for you*. Your goods are reserved and paid for before you arrive, so all you need to do is collect and go.
*Subject to availability and store trading hours

Please note that occasionally orders can come up for verification and when this occurs the 1 hour ready for collection promise will apply from when the order is confirmed. We will do our very best to ensure your order is available to collect as quickly as possible.


Q. Is there a charge for Click & Collect?
A. JB Hi Fi's Click & Collect is a complimentary service.


Q. What will I need to collect my order?
A. Once you've placed your order, we'll send you an email as soon as it's ready to collect. This email will have your order number. To pick up your order you'll need:
  • Your order number
  • Valid photo ID (i.e. current passport, driver's licence or Keypass)
  • The credit card that was used for the purchase (if applicable)
Q. Where do I go to pick up my order?
A.Once you have received your “Ready to Collect” email, make your way into the nominated store and head to the counter, where a JB team member will assist you with your order.


Q. Can someone else pick up my Click & Collect order?
A. Yes, we're all about convenience. You can nominate someone to collect the goods on your behalf when placing your order. You can even buy something for someone in another town or state. To collect the goods, the nominated person will need to provide the order number and a valid photo ID for themselves (current passport, driver's license or Keypass).


Q. Can I change my Click & Collect order once it has been placed?
A. If you need to change the store you have chosen to pick up your order from, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and we'll check stock availability for you. To protect your purchase, once an order has been placed we don't allow the person nominated to collect the goods to be changed. If you wish to nominate a different collector, you'll need to cancel the original order.


Q. Can I cancel a Click & Collect order?
A. Should you need to cancel your order prior to pick up, please email us at as soon as possible.


Q. What if the price drops on an item I have ordered before I collect my purchase?
A. You will always pay the lowest price. You'll be offered a store credit, goods to the value of the difference, or a refund when you collect your goods instore.


Q. What if I change my mind instore and wish to buy something different?
A. Please advise the store staff at the online collection counter. They can return or exchange any items in your online order that you've changed your mind about.


Q. What if an item on my order is out of stock?
A. If the item is not available from your preferred Click & Collect location, the store will call you and offer one of the following solutions:
  • arrange for the item to be transferred from another store
  • arrange for the order to be picked up from another store
  • arrange free delivery from another store
  • offer you a different item that will satisfy your requirements
