Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great phone Just purchased this on Thursday night. Extremely happy with it. I got the 64BG Pixel 3XL Black. The display is amazing, its snappy and fast swiping between screens. Both camera's are amazing with the best photo's i have seen from a phone. Battery life is good. I have not come across any of the problems posted online. It just works great. My only con for this phone is the price. It's a pity Google bumped the price up from the Nexus days. Other than that im a happy customer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great phone I had my 1st Pixel 1 for two years and it was the best phone I had ever had. Pixel 3xl is the upgrade pixel for this year. Like the design, simple and nice. Great camera. However, the Australia version doesn't have the screen call and it is quite expensive. Overall the phone is great, happy with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding Phone I have been a big HTC user sine the HTC Desire HD and got convinced to jump to the Pixel this year. I picked the 3 XL and love it. phone is fast, simple and clean. The Camera is outstanding i came from the HTC U11 which was meant to be one of the best of 2017 and this is just so much better. who needs a dual camera setup? this phone makes me wonder. The OS is something else, coming from HTC Sense and Samsung removing the rubbish the others add is outstanding. somethings are done better on the others but not enough to ever make me go back to them I was having some software issues with my HTC for a few different models and its clear to me it was a HTC issue and not Andriod as the issues are not only gone but improved. simple things like connecting to multiple sources and doesn't have any issues with control etc. Battery Life - I agree with others this isn't the longest lasting phone i have ever used but it gets me through my day just fine with moderate use simple games and soical media. its not a deal breaking in my opinion Wireless Charger - I i brought the Pixel Stand with this and its the small things it does which are nice. photo stand, Google Home intregration its just all so simple. turns off when the lights turn off etc. I look forward to the call screen feature hopefully coming to Australia but its also not major as my phone automatically denies Spam calls. the first time this happened i didn't understand why my watch notified me of a missed call but after testing it (calling the number on my work phone) and finding out who (a Telemarketer) it was i was very thankful for this feature. Flip To Shhs another example of small things, place the phone face down and it wont tell you about a thing i have set Starred contacts who can override it for emerganices etc but another feature if turned on is great Cases/Covers are good, and its the one area where Iphone and Samsung just has so much more choice. i understand why its just disappointing when you find a brand or case you like but its not made for your phone. not the end of the world as their are plenty of choices out their and i got 1 with no issues but if you have something special like a magnectic phone mountable case its unlikely you will have one for this phone. I have used Iphones, Samsung and HTC and would take the Pixel hands down this is the way Andriod was meant to be.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's an okay phone. Not great. I got this phone since its release and there is a lot of pros and cons. The camera, layout and some functions are great! But there is some issues with software already. When I make or receive a phone call, there's a microphone issue. The other person can't hear me even though i hear them fine. There is also an issue when I take a photo, it doesn't save properly. And when i add my pictures to photos, it's impossible to find sometimes. Also the battery life on this phone is average. I expected it to last longer for its price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid phone - great camera I've been using this phone for a month now and I'm really happy with it. My favourite feature is the camera: takes the clearest pictures I've ever seen from a phone, and the portrait mode (which blurs the background of a picture to make the subject stand out more) is a useful feature too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can only Improve from here! This phone is stunning. The battery life is fantastic, I was concerned with the phone only having 4gb of ram but due to pure android the pixel handles it well. The gesture control is very intuitive and runs smooth. The camera is the best i have ever seen on any smart phone period. Google can only improve from here, bring on the pixel 4xl!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best phone Amazing phone. Great battery life and I use it constantly. All the new features work great, and despite what people thought, the notch doesn't bother me at all

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lacking a lot of features compared to the US vers Screen call: Bought this phone yesterday expecting all the cool features like top shot and screen call. However, the phone I got doesn't come with screen call and I found out it's only available in US at the moment on the google official website. Top shot doesn't work too well because if you choose to save a different 'shot', the quality of the picture is pretty bad. Switching from Samsung: If you're switching from Samsung to this, you will realised a lot of customising features that Samsung gives you don't apply to this phone (i switched from S8+). Huge notch? The notch is not a problem at all as the screen body is quiet big and when I use the phone, I can't notice the notch. Tips on using the phone 1. Turn on motion to use top shot 2. If you don't want to use google photos (which is equivalent to gallery on my Samsung), you can download Simple Gallery (orange icon) from play store which let you see photos taken by your camera AND photos taken and saved using Snapchat Pros Premium experience Camera is very sharp Display colour leans toward the cooler tone compare to S8+ (which I like but this is up to personal preference) Cons Lack of customisation The back button < is currently on the left hand side, inconvenient for right handed people like me to use the phone single handed but this is a problem can but solved with future software updates Overall I would give this phone an 8/10
